If we believe in you we'll do everything in our power to deliver you exactly the right interviews with exactly the right clients. But we go one step further. We'll provide you with in-depth information on the client and helpful tips on the likely direction of the meeting. Why wouldn't we? It's what we'd expect if we were in your position. Then we'll make sure you're happy at your new role. Usually our candidate relationships last years, not weeks.
Personal
Some candidates ask if they can be put on our 'database'. The answer's always the same. We don't believe in databases, we believe in people. There's no doubt our standards are high but if we ask you to come in and see us it's because we're already hopeful you're right. From then on we'll treat you as a friend and will always behave accordingly. If you'd like to reciprocate, drinks after finding you the perfect role are always welcome.
Targeted
We don't play the numbers game at Blue Skies. Never have. Never will. We take enormous pride in placing most candidates within 2 or 3 meetings, or often only one. Why waste time asking you to attend meetings for jobs you're not sure about? Likewise we always recommend clients only meet a limited number of candidates. If everyone's serious from day one why waste time?
