SENIOR CONFERENCE PRODUCER
WEST MIDLANDS or BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
Our client is an outstanding full service agency, delivering bespoke conferences, product launches, media and incentive travel programs for some of the worlds biggest brands.
All of their production and event services are in house, from the technical equipment through to design, multimedia, event logistics, video production and creative.
Due to their ongoing success they are now recruiting a Conference Producer to join their team and further deepen both their delivery and creative services.
The Producers and Account Directors hold the central client relationships, with each Producer responsible for managing each event delivery team.
The Senior Producers role includes the following;
Leading the pitch team
Presenting the proposal back to the client with the pitch team
Guiding the creative development of the theme and message
Set design creation
Liaising and directing internal departments – technical / event logistics
Liaising with presenters about their message and content
Running the rehearsal schedule
Calling the show
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the project managing ore producing of conferences for up to 800 delegates, across a wide client base.
