Do you want to be part of a new team in Canary Wharf working for a successful and expanding venue business? Do you have customer care experience?

Following the success of the first two training venues in EC1, CCT Venues is opening its third in July 2008 and is recruiting a team of enthusiastic and experienced venue staff to ensure its success. The new bespoke training, meeting and conference centre is just eight-minutes walk from London's Canary Wharf station and four minutes from South Quay DLR.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a customer-facing role and has strong administrative skills. Responsibilities including handling enquiries, preparing weekly rotas and day-to-day customer care to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

Applications welcome from efficient and confident individuals with experience in a client facing environment. Strong administrative skills, good English language skills, good level of general education and intermediate word processing and spreadsheet skills required. A positive attitude to sales and experience in the hospitality industry would be a strong advantage.
