Our client is an award winning full service agency delivering UK and International live events from product launches, incentive travel schemes and conferences for up to 1,500 delegates. As one of the North\'s leading agencies they work with a wide range of blue chip clients from industry sectors including Pharmaceutical, Finance and IT and are ranked within the top 5 agencies in the UK.
Significant growth combined with a new strategic direction has meant an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Director to join the Board of this fantastic company and contribute to their ambitious growth plans.
Reporting to the MD you will have overall responsibility for the agency\'s operations strategy and as a central function you will liaise with all areas of the business to ensure that events are delivered within this strategy whilst surpassing client\'s expectations.
Your knowledge of live events will be excellent and your confidence at Board level will be combined with your ability to develop strong, long lasting relationships both within the organisation and externally. An understanding of the healthcare and corporate markets is beneficial.
