Delegate Sales Director – Euro 70K-80K + OTE Euro140K – Delegate Sales Director

IQPC Berlin is recruiting for a Delegate Sales Director to head up a team of Delegate Sales Managers and Executives.
The Delegate Sales Director is a dynamic senior management role, reporting in to the MD. The Delegate Sales Director will be responsible for the delivery of agreed revenue targets. The Delegate Sales Director will be involved in leading and managing a team of managers and sales executives, overseeing and executing effective strategies for recruitment, retention, training and development.
The successful Delegate Sales Director candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably with exposure to managing managers, in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment.
