Our client is one of the major players in the production of large-scale events across the world.
They have invested £m\'s in the highest quality equipment, have developed their production / creative services and now lead the field in the technical delivery for agencies, end clients and venues alike.
As part of their ongoing expansion they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hire Desk Co-ordinator to join their London based team.
The principal focus of this job is to support the production of customised and innovative events, including; product launches, corporate and private parties, presentations, conferences and meetings.
Working closely with the Account Managers you will arrange all of the aspects needed to make the events a success, from booking crew and x-hires through setting the production schedule and making things happen.
The ideal candidate will ideally have at least two years of experience in either event logistics or technical staging within a corporate environment.
This is the ideal opportunity for an AV Project Manager or Senior Technician who is looking for a more office based role with client facing responsibility, or an event logistics person who wants to develop their AV and production experience in a fast paced environment.
