Our client is one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands.
This role will be based in their plush offices located in a very trendy area of Central London

As a Leisure Sales Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing pro-active sales support to the Global Account Director of Leisure and Executive Director of Sales in promoting the hotel to the Leisure, Conference and Incentive Markets. You will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities, including:
• Research and qualify existing and prospective accounts, for sales follow-up. Maintain call targets.
• Maintain accurate database profiles and distribution lists of all accounts.
• In the absence of the Global Account Director or Executive Director, execute appropriate follow-up to sales leads and incoming enquiries.
• Assist in the organisation and coordination of specific functions and promotions, including trade shows and educational visits, handled by the sales team as directed.
• Arrange and attend training presentations to Tour Operator Reservations staff.
• Provide back-up support and coordination of sales call schedules, for visiting hotel sales personnel.
• Handle selected projects as required by Global Account Director and Executive Director. Identify and communicate trends and market intelligence to Global Account Director and Executive Director.
• Prepare and disseminate all month-end and quarterly reports and attend weekly sales meetings.

Leisure Sales Co-ordinator remuneration package:

Leisure Sales Co-ordinator skill attributes:
• Fluency in Italian or French is essential and Spanish would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the Travel and Hotel Industry preferred.
• Ability to work to targets with good proactive and reactive sales skills
• Excellent internal and external communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated with good presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
• The candidate needs to be very presentable and be a strong team player.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with database experience an advantage.
