Event Sales Executive – Leading Consumer Focused Event Company – London
Salary: £20000 - £23000 Basic + 25% Bonus
Our client a leading Consumer Focused Event Company are seeking to recruit an Events Sales Executive to join this exciting and unique event. The main purpose of this position is to understand the market, unique sales propositions for each exhibitor category, marketing plan and help deliver the sales plan for the event to meet the stand space targets set for the show.
The event has received an overwhelmingly positive response with potential visitors and exhibitors alike, with all parties embracing the concept of a dynamic, high energy event, harnessing the most popular elements of the event.
Key Responsibilities of the Event Sales Executive are as follows:
To make at least 50 sales calls per day, selling stand space to targets set by Sales Manager / Event Director
Understand and maintain file maker database system including logging all calls made
Sell to database provided converting prospects into contracts
Identify new exhibitors via research web, magazines, shows etc
Production of all contracts
Keep floor plans up to date with help of Sales Manager
Secure re-books on site at shows
Effectively develop and manage customer relationships
