Our client, a leading exhibition organiser currently has a fabulous opportunity to join their team as a Sales Executive. Your primary responsibility will be to sell Exhibition Space and Sponsorship on this market leading event.
As an Exhibition Sales Executive you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities, including:
Actively sell exhibition space and sponsorship.
Source new business from trade press, rival media and competing events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Help develop and effectively manage show database and identify new areas of business.
Effectively communicate exhibition floor plan changes/amends
Track industry developments by regularly monitoring the industry press.
Manage individual projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Regularly attend industry events/launches and functions.
Predominantly telephone based but including attendance at Trade Shows and client meetings.
Exhibition Sales Executive Remuneration package:
Up to £25K (d.o.e) plus Bonus
Excellent Bonus (Target related)
Exhibition Sales Executive skill attributes:
Target driven with experience in a busy telesales environment
Face-to-face sales experience
Excellent communication skills, with a strong aspiration to meet and exceed client expectations.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
An enthusiastic and self motivated team player with lots of initiative
Strong organisational abilities, accuracy, time management skills and attention to detail.
Good administrative skills and computer literacy, particularly with Word,PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and database management
