With worldwide offices they are now established a major player at the cutting edge of the industry, delivering large-scale events from conferences and product launches through to incentive travel programes with budgets of £1m\'s and delegate numbers of 1,000\'s.
As part of their ongoing success there is now an exciting opportunity to lead the events production side of the agency at both at strategic and delivery level, including;
- Mentoring and developing their small team of Producers and Production Assistants
- Implementing new production and creative systems
- Setting and managing the production department budget
- Overseeing project delivery across the production team
- Management of some key clients and leading the agencies largest events
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Senior Producer (with an agency background) who is ready to take the next step in their career, or an existing Head of Production to join a leading events agency and develop their production offering.
