Group Operations Director (Events) – Permanent- West Yorkshire – Salary: £70k + benefits – Job ref: RC663HJ
This role is a board level position and has overall responsibility for managing and implementing the Group’s operational support services ensuring consistent delivery and quality of service and effective communications throughout the Group’s operational teams on a worldwide basis. The role will also be responsible for ensuring best practice in operational processes and procedures, cost reduction and efficient employee working practices. The role will evaluate, justify and make recommendations to the board on travel strategy and work with HR Managers to produce training and development plans for all staff and assist with recruitment and retention of staff. This role will be suitable for candidates with a minimum of 10 years experience agency side at a senior strategic level.
