Executive Search Intern

Intelligent, perceptive, analytical; polished Intern required for an executive search research position in the City of London with an executive search firm

Graduate will be required to work in a very niche market, contributing significant research support to the two Directors.

The role of a search to search researcher will include;

Mapping a market & relationship building.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a database of all the relevant search firms and recruitment companies within a specific area, and the identification of the consultants within those firms.
You will approach targeted candidates to understand their businesses, profiles and overall aspirations and maintain long standing relationships with people for the use of sourcing calls, referencing and job opportunities.
Knowledge Management - to be up to speed with industry trends, changes and business development opportunities within the search to search marketplace.
Administration; report writing, developing marketing campaign material, business development material, minute taking, filling gaps in the database.
Project Management; You will work with the Managing Partner on various executive search mandates in order to identify, approach and sell prospective opportunities to targeted individuals in the market.

Assertive, logical, good common sense, excellent use of initiative

Min. 2:1 core subject degree from a good university.

No base salary. Expenses will be offered as well as contributing towards other costs. We will also pay a 10% commission rate on the contribution towards the placement of candidates. Following the 3 month period, there will be a permanent role available with paid salary.
