Role -

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate/conference producer with at least 1 year's commercial experience. This role has a focus on learning and development and you will be ready and looking to make a move into full conference management. The scope for progression and development is huge with this role, there is continuous formal and informal training, with an emphasis being to grow existing events and launch new events as the team grows around you.

The emphasis with this role really is geared towards the content of the conferences, the quality of the speakers you can aquire and the ability to gain a solid and in-depth understanding of your given sector. You will need to be extremely pro-active, have an accute eye for detail and be able to communicate at all levels.

You will preffereably come from a production background and have successful research experience. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be able to generate and grow an already solid portfolio.
